A featured business is a business which we have agreed to display prominently on the home page of the directory as an additional advertising feature. The featured business is thus drawn to the attention of everyone entering the site, not just those looking for a particular category of business. Each featured business appears as such for a limited amount of time, perhaps for as little as one day, in some instances.

Where a client business carries, on its own website, a hyperlink to our directory, when someone clicks onto that link and launches Cherry Index, the featured business will always appear as the business from which they accessed our site.
