An e-mail link enables any prospective customer to make direct contact with the client via e-mail, achieved via an automatically generated E-mail form, created when the link is activated.

The e-mail link would be placed above the hyperlink, and would look something like client@smartlocal.co.uk
The purpose of the e-mail link is to enable potential customers to contact our clients with any questions or requests they might have, for example, if somebody comes onto the Smart Local website looking for a caterer that can deliver, they can activate the e-mail link, and ask all the caterers on the directory if they are able to provide the service required.
When the e-mail link is activated (clicked on) it opens up an outlook email software on the client machine.
