Account Manager Service
The account manager service is based solely on client service. At Smart Local, we understand that not everybody is experienced in I.T. With this in mind, we offer all clients an account manager, who will be able to provide technical support through the entire subscription period.
The account manager will be able to guide the client through all the processes of monitoring and editing their listing, which means that, if a client has accessed their details and is confused about what to do next, they can contact their account manager, who will then be able to explain the whole process.
Account managers are normally available from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Each sales account manager has their own, individual extension number, which they are able to give to each of their clients, meaning they have direct access to their account manager whenever it is needed.
